Concession Manager

Brown Thomas Dublin.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the concession. Duties will include: Building & maintaining a strong and loyal customer base; motivating staff; achieving weekly targets; working as a team with Brown Thomas management; working as a team with merchandising, design & marketing departments; inventory & implementing company policies.

The person

The ideal candidate will be competitive, sales driven and will have a strong work ethic & great leadership skills. The ideal candidate has a strong, individual sense of style, will thrive on directional changes that are a part of the fashion industry & will embrace the philosophy of the label.
